Starting with a thorough Design For Manufacture (DFM) approach then progressing to proper steel tooling, FRP provided their client with high precision mouldings in medical grade polymers, colour-matched to their exact specifications. CT inspection reports ensure that complex surfaces were measure accurately in conjunction with conventional metrology to ensure consistent measurements at every stage.
