Challenge

Ford Engineering required production intent prototypes with a tight deadline.  

Solution

FRP were tasked to supply full production intent brackets manufactured from press tools, replicating production components to facilitate short term testing and design validation.

Result

FRP provided high quality product equal to or better than a production equivalent, enabling Ford to proceed with their test programme. All parts were delivered within Ford’s required delivery window and supplemented with all the required quality documentation.
