Challenge

Trade fairs are an important opportunity for Ellehammer to discuss the strengths of its emergency fire pumps with customers and prospects. For a forthcoming event, the company wanted to create an accurate scale-model of its product to attract attendees to its stand and provide a dramatic showcase for its technology.

Solution

FRP was engaged to manage all aspects of the model’s production. From the starting point of CAD drawings, we were able to prototype and engineer the various parts using a range of processes, and then assemble them as a complete model.

Result

In just three weeks, Ellehammer received the vibrant red scale model. It was contained within a bespoke case, ensuring it can be safely transported to international events where it will create a major talking point to support the company’s sales effort.
