Challenge

Tricas was undertaking a new multi-component project for a major client and urgently required a range of production-quality components in order to develop, test and demonstrate a new device design concept.

Solution

FRP was engaged by Tricas to produce the components to extremely tight tolerances within a compressed timeframe using our Full-Service Rapid Manufacturing (FSRM™) process.

Result

We delivered the complete injection-moulded plastic components, which incorporated high-precision insert-moulded metal pressings, to the specification required and within the deadline. This ensured Tricas was able to deliver for its own client.
