Creative consultancy MAP is a partner of innovative technology firm Kano, which has expanded its range of design-driven products on the back of its success with the world’s first make-your-own computer. When developing casework for a new Kano product, MAP urgently required a pre-production prototype to realise its design in three-dimensional form.

Solution

FRP liaised closely with MAP to support them in arriving at the chosen material and finish, supplying a variety of components as part of the process.

Result

Within a turnaround of just five days, FRP delivered a high-quality casework component with a gloss finish, providing MAP with a precise visual representation of the production component.
