Nick Osborn

Managing Director

Nick is our Managing Director; he has a background in Industrial Design & Technology and rapid prototyping and joined FRP in 2003. Working closely with his Co-Directors he is steering the company through a 5-year Plan to grow the business and deliver competitive advantage in terms of fully validated, production quality parts delivered in a rapid time frame.

Kent Nicholson

Senior Consultant

Kent is a Senior Consultant with several years’ experience across a variety of industries, including medical, automotive and design consultancies. Kent joined us in 2006 and has a creative and enquiring mind which helps him to get to the heart of his customers’ detailed requirements in order to provide the best solutions for them.

Lee Horton

Senior Project Manager

Lee is a Senior Project Manager with several years’ experience in programme management within the automotive sector. Lee joined us in 2009 and is based in our Midlands Office so is right in the heart of the car industry and is on hand to provide customer service in this extremely fast-paced environment where parts delivered on time are critical.

Joe Melton

Project Manager

Joe started at FRP in early 2014 as a Project Engineer. His analytical, problem solving mind and team approach, combined with his design and technical knowledge meant that he was quickly promoted to Project Manager and is now successfully growing business in the areas of aerospace and automotive.

Steve Hendley

Senior Project Manager

Steve is based in our Midlands office as Senior Project Manager and joined us in early 2017. He has a degree in Industrial Design and technology and several years’ experience in sales, design engineering and technical roles across a number of different industries.

Neil Moxom

General Manager

Neil joined FRP in 2013 as General Manager and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the company and its teams, systems and procedures. Neil is also a skilled moulding engineer who spends a lot of his time with our moulding and production teams both here and abroad, to ensure our quality meets and exceeds our customers’ expectations.

Liz Threadgill

Quality Manager

Liz is an experienced Quality professional with a background in a variety of disciplines. Liz joined us in 2015 as Quality Systems Engineer and has recently been promoted to Quality Manager. She is responsible for QA and QC and has been instrumental in our recent transfer to a UKAS accredited certification body for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Helen Bettinson

Quality Engineer

Helen is skilled in Metrology, with several years’ experience in measuring a variety of components and materials, both manually and using CMMs within an ISO certified manufacturing facility. Helen joined us in 2016, strengthening our QC function, especially critical in the increased levels of inspection required by our medical clients in highly regulated markets.

Gary Rolfe

Quality Engineer

Gary is FRP’s Quality Engineer with over 20 years’ experience in the development and manufacture of pharmaceutical inspection moulds, tools and components for the motor racing industry. Gary joined FRP in 2014. His duties include programming the Werth CMM inspection machine, carrying out inspection and compiling DFM reports to ensure quality and continuous improvement.

Marie Clark

Chairman/Director

Marie is the founder member of Fenland RP Ltd (FRP) having set up the company with Colin Clark back in 2000. Her experience as an accountant in a large Danish company for 11 years, brought together the knowledge required to manage and control the financial running of the company. Her role today is Chairman/Director of Fenland RP Ltd.

Sharon Carrick

Finance Director

Sharon has been our Finance Director since 2006 and gained her experience in a number of high level jobs culminating in her own very successful Facilities Management company. Her organisational capabilities along with her financial responsibilities assist in the smooth day to day running of the company as well as a sound long term future.

Sarah Thorpe

Accounts Administrator

Sarah joined FRP in 2017 as an Accounts Administrator. She has over twenty-five years’ experience in administration, planning, logistics and production and has strengthened our accounts function in a period of rapid business growth.

Sean Carrick

Accounts Administrator

Sean joined the company in 2014. He has a number of skills developed through a career in the Royal Navy, Project Management and Health and Safety. His current role is as an Accounts Clerk to assist the Finance Director.

Rachel Goodall

Senior Project Administrator

Rachel joined FRP in 2014 as Project Administrator supporting the Project Managers. She has a 20 year background in marketing of medical devices. She was promoted to Senior Project Administrator in 2017, providing full support to our MD Nick Osborn to ensure projects are completed to meet or exceed our customers’ expectations.

Stuart Harris

Project Administrator

Stuart joined FRP in 2017 as Project Administrator supporting Joe and Kent in the smooth running of their projects. Stuart has several years of experience in a variety of advisory and customer service roles in automotive sales.

Dianne Rankin

Office Manager

Dianne is the newest member of the team joining in 2017 and is based in the Midlands office. With several years’ experience in Office Management and Administration, Dianne’s analytical, focussed and common sense approach make her a highly effective Office Manager.

Ed Machrov

Logistics Administrator

Ed joined FRP in 2016 as Logistics Administrator. In the fast-paced environment of goods in and out, Ed’s excellent team working, initiative and problem solving skills ensure he keeps our customers happy by delivering their quality parts on time.

Bernie Gilbraith

Logistics Manager

Bernie joined FRP in 2004 and has seen the Company grow over the years! She has held a variety of roles within the company in both administration and logistics. Her current role is Logistics Manager.

Tim Waters

Stores Supervisor

Tim joined us in 2016 as our Stores Supervisor and is part of the growing Logistics Team at FRP, responsible for Goods In and stock control. Tim comes from a mechanical and engineering background before progressing to stores and office administration. If you receive a parcel it is likely to have been packed by Tim!
